Does anybody know a poem/song that goes along with the Odyssey?

Question: I have to find 5 references to the Odyssey in three different branches of the Humanities. I already have enought for art, but anything else would be great. Thanks! I need a reference to the Odyssey in a different poem/song.

Answer: There are a large number of works out there that reference the Odyssey. Recently, I read C. J. Sage's Odyssea, which is a retelling of the Odyssey with gender role reversals. Very interesting take on it. You might also check out A. E. Stallings, her first book, Archaic Smile. She often times touches the Odyssey in her poems. And finally there is Derek Walcott's book Oroboros, which is also supposed to be about the Odyssey.
