Maud Adams as a Bond girl?

Question: I think i have the name right. She played Octopussy, and i think "Man with the golden gun"''s girlfriend. Now while they have no name connection, i was wondering something. In Octopussy, she makes a comment that James Bond had killed her sister. Was the girlfriend role, her sister?

Bond gave him 24 hours to set his affairs in order. In Octopussy's mind, this placed her in Bond's debt as her father was able to transfer his business to her and die by his own hand rather than face humiliation. In Man With the Golden Gun, Maud Adams plays Scaramanga's girl Andrea Anders, who eventually kills her for helping Bond. As far as I know, there's no connection between the two characters other than it's the same actress.
