Answer: Do you want your "novelty ID" to indicate that your are 17 so you can get into R rated movies? On one that says you are 18 so that you can vote. I need to know because my friend; an SDPD detective has a different source for each. Really, what kind of fake ID do you thinks you can obtain legally unless you really mean a novelty ID that looks nothing like a real CA state issued ID. You can go to any printing shop and have a novelty ID made....but they won't make you one that looks like an official CA issued ID say that shows you are 21.
