i want to buy a notebook or laptop/ which is better to buy? what is the difference b/w the laptop & notebook?

Question:

Answer: no difference. just different terms. actually, computer manufacturers usually refer to them as "notebooks" but us users call them "laptops". (Probably because it's quicker than writing or saying "notebook computer". Otherwise just saying "notebook" might be mistaken for a "spiral notebook" or something".) Joe - "I got a new notebook for $700 bucks!" Sally - "Sheesh! I only spent $2.99 on my notebook and it has Holly Hobbit on it in sparkles!" Joe - "Huh? Oh no, I meant... aww forget it! ... Hey! I didn't know they made Holly Hobbits in sparkles, that's cool!" lol ! _ _
